We ship products to customers worldwide. Combined with our free sizing mold service, all smart ring orders follow a two-phase delivery process. Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment.
1. Order Processing & Two-Stage Delivery
● Phase 1: Free Sizing Mold Delivery
- After you place your order, we will ship the free finger sizing mold within 1–2 business days.
- The sizing mold is shipped via standard postal service with free worldwide delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (varies by country and region).
● Phase 2: Formal Smart Ring Delivery
- After you measure and confirm your size with our customer service team, we will process and ship your smart ring within 1–2 business days.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Free Shipping Policy (Selected Regions)
Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping in the following regions:
Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, United States, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Orders under $50 will be charged standard shipping fees.
4. Customs & Duties
In most cases, the brand covers import duties and customs clearance fees, so you will not be required to pay any additional charges. However, please note that final tax and duty amounts are officially determined by your local customs policies.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or sanctioned countries.
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, along with a valid contact phone number at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, any return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the logistics provider after investigation, we will either resend the product free of charge or issue a full refund.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours and provide photos of both the packaging and the product. A replacement will be arranged free of charge.
