When you place an order for the Usay Ring 1 smart ring, we’ll first send you a free finger sizer. Once your size is confirmed, we’ll ship the smart ring to you.

2. Sizing Kit Delivery

The free finger sizer will arrive within 7-15 business days; delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country or region.

3. Test Your Size

Wear the finger sizer on the finger where you plan to wear the ring. For accurate and stable data tracking, we recommend wearing it on your index or middle finger.

4. Confirm Your Size

Our smart ring features three indicator lights that display your physical condition in real time. When taking a measurement, position the ring with the numeric scale facing upward. When worn as a regular ring, it won’t rotate randomly, allowing you to easily check the health indicators at any time.

Use the finger mold to get a head start on experiencing the actual feel of wearing the ring; we recommend trying it on for an extended period.

To get a sense of the optimal comfort and fit in advance, we recommend wearing the finger mold continuously for at least 24 hours to simulate the real-life experience of wearing the smart ring on a daily basis.

Can I borrow a Sizing Kit from someone else?

Yes, you may use a second-hand Usay sizing kit from family or friends to measure your finger. Our sizing standards are unified for all kits. After confirming your accurate size, you can directly select the matching size on the checkout page without waiting for a new kit delivery.
Can I wear the ring on any finger?

In theory, it can be worn on any finger, but we strongly recommend the index or middle finger. These two fingers experience less friction during daily activities, ensuring the sensor stays securely in place. This also prevents the three indicator lights from being obstructed and stops the ring from rotating unintentionally, making it easy for you to check the light indicators showing your health status at any time.
Should I test my size at different times of the day?

Absolutely yes. Your finger thickness changes with temperature and activity. We suggest measuring at night after daily work and exercise, when fingers are naturally swollen — this size will match your actual wearing state during sleep and long-time use. Avoid measuring with cold hands in the morning, as cold fingers shrink and lead to undersized selection.
Why does the actual ring feel slightly different from the sizing kit?

The sizing kit is simply a lightweight plastic measuring tool designed solely for measuring inner diameters; the official Usay Ring 1, on the other hand, is crafted from high-quality titanium alloy and features an ergonomic groove, a sensor, and three indicator lights on the inside. While the inner diameter measurements of both are exactly the same, the material’s texture and internal structure result in subtle differences in how they feel when worn.
How do I submit my size after trying the Sizing Kit?

After measuring with the free sizing kit, log into your Usay account and enter the "My Orders" page to submit your confirmed size to customer service. If you have not registered an account, sign up with the same email you used to place the ring order. Once we receive your size information, we will ship your official Usay Ring 1 within 3 business days.
